We recently had Phoebe as our wedding coordinator and can honestly say we could not have done it without her! Phoebe was so helpful throughout the planning, answering all of our questions no matter how small. She is amazingly organised and thorough and put together a detailed plan for the day several weeks before our wedding. This put us at ease and it truly paid off on the day. We didn’t have to think about a thing as Phoebe had everything under control, adapting to unexpected changes and solving issues in the background to make the day run perfectly smoothly for us. She made us feel so relaxed on the day, and always made sure we had champagne in hand! She is highly experienced and I think everyone needs Phoebe on their wedding day :) thank you so much!

It was a privilege to have Phoebe coordinate our wedding day. She is an exceptional wedding planner/coordinator and her passion and enthusiasm shines though in everything she does. She is also a lovely, warm hearted person and it was a pleasure to get to know her.
She was so helpful (and very patient!) in dealing with all of our questions in the lead up to the day, and alleviated all of our stresses and worries on the wedding day itself. The day was just a fairytale, everyone had the most amazing time and everything ran like clockwork. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and all the little details and timings were taken care of.
Thank you Phoebe for everything you did to make our wedding day so special, every little detail was noted and greatly appreciated <3

Phoebe is truly wonderful at what she does. From the moment we met Phoebe, we had every confidence that our wedding was in excellent hands. Phoebe has a meticulous eye for details, which allowed us to relax during the wedding, knowing everything was in hand. Our day was perfect and Phoebe played a huge part in that. Every time we thought ‘oh we need to do X’ - it had already been done hours before, Phoebe was on top of everything. It’s not just Phoebe’s amazing skills which make her special, but the warmth and kindness she brings to the day. We felt as though she was a friend, checking we always had a glass of fizz and that we were happy. We are so grateful to Phoebe for ensuring our day was truly magical.

You were the perfect wedding coordinator. You held everything with a light-hearted touch, and an attention to detail that defied your calm demeanour. We loved the inspired decoration you created using the odds and gathered ends we brought with us, effortlessly making the venue look stunning. It is remarkably hard to find anyone in any walk of life who can put together so beautiful a vision in a tight time-frame, having never seen the raw materials (due to a certain virus), and incorporating the little additions sprung upon you with such grace and assurance! You helped create the perfect ambiance throughout the day without ever being intrusive, guiding all the 'players' - bride, groom, best man, celebrant, registrar and venue host with quiet confidence. I mention all this at length as such skill deserves recognition! Thank you for everything.

Phoebe was incredible! She got to know us really well in the meetings before the wedding and she took care of absolutely everything on the day. We didn't need to worry about a thing because she had it all covered. She worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything happened on time and the day ran smoothly. She helped organise flowers on the day, took photos for us, filled hot water bottles for sitting outside in the cold and was generally an absolute star! We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her!

We cannot recommend Phoebe enough. She was absolutely incredible on our wedding day she looked after everyone so well, kept us calm, let us know the plan of the day, her presence was so calming and friendly she was professional yet personal all at the same time. Phoebe goes above and beyond to help you achieve your wedding style - she listens to what you want styling wise and makes your ideas and dreams become a reality, down to the smallest details, nothing was ever too much effort, she was always on the other end of the phone or email ready to help. If you're after a fairy godmother for your wedding to help reduce stress & make your day exactly as you planned in your head then you absolutely must have Phoebe be a part of your day.

From start to finish Phoebe provided us with an individualised service that was tailored to meet our needs and our style. From the moment we met with her we knew that we could just relax and trust her to make our perfect day come true.
During the planning stages, Phoebe provided advice and guidance that helped us to think of things we would otherwise have missed. Phoebe answered every question and concern with thought and genuine kindness, and nothing was too much trouble. Phoebe was always prompt to reply to emails and calls and was always happy to hear from us and happy to help. Her unique flair and eye for detail ensured that we were confident in her styling and we totally trusted her to dress our venue on the day itself.
Due to the typical British weather, Phoebe carefully planned two alternative itineraries for our day, meaning that we could relax and know that both an inside and outside ceremony were catered for. Phoebe really did go above and beyond throughout the planning.
On the day itself, Phoebe was always attentive and kept everything and everyone on track. She kept the day running smoothly and was on hand with a smile and reassurance of timings when needed. She kept all of our suppliers happy and also made sure that they were organised and in the right place.
Most of all, Phoebe was always as enthusiastic about our wedding as we were. She showed a real passion for helping us and this really meant that we didn’t have a single worry.
I would recommend Phoebe to anyone planning a wedding or big event. She really does ensure that you can just relax and enjoy the special moments.

We met Phoebe at our wedding venue for our first planning meeting and right from the offset she put us at ease with how organised and laid back she was, nothing was too much hassle for her and no question too silly!
Phoebe was one of the reasons our whole wedding journey was so easy. The months leading up to the wedding she was always in contact or contactable, the day before she helped with decorations, and on the day she was there to guide us through from start to finish.
Having Phoebe was like having another best friend to look after you and make sure your special day is exactly that - special. I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody as she is a MUST! Thank you Phoebe xx
